高低温交变试验箱结构概述
1、外胆均采用不锈钢
2、内胆采用进口高级不锈钢(SUS304)镜面板。
3、保温材质:高密度玻璃纤维棉.保温厚度为100mm
4、温度循环系统:采用特制空调型低噪音长轴风扇电机，耐高低温之不锈钢多翼式叶轮,以达强度对流 垂直扩散循环。
5、门与箱体之间采用双层耐高温之伸张性密封条以确保测试区的密闭
6、采用无反作用门把手，操作更容易
7、机器底部采用高品质可固定式PU活动轮.
8、观察窗采用多层中空钢化玻璃,内侧胶合片式导电膜加热除霜(清楚观察试验过程)
9、测试孔(机器左侧)可外接测试电源线或信号线使用(孔径或孔数须增加需指示)
十一、加热系统
1、采用远红外镍合金高速加温(2KW×2)电加热器
2、高温完全独立系统，不影响低温试验、高温试验及交变
3、温度控制输出功率均由微电脑演算，以达高精度及高效率之用电效益
十二、电路控制系统
1、温湿度控制仪表采用"韩国原装TEMI850"大屏幕-液晶显示-可编程微电脑PID控制SSR输出运行。全进 口超大液晶触摸屏幕画面，荧幕操作简单，程式编辑容易。
2、精度:0.1℃(显示范围)
3、解析度:±0.1℃;
4、感温传感器:PT100铂金电阻测温体;
5、控制方式:热平衡调温调湿方式;所有电器均采用(施耐德)系列产品
6、温湿度控制采用P . I . D+S.S.R系统同频道协调控制
7、具有自动演算的功能，可将温湿度变化条件立即修正，使温湿度控制更为精确稳定
8、控制器操作界面设中英文可供选择，实时运转曲线图可由屏幕显示
9、具有100组程式、每组100段、每段可循环999步骤的容量，每段时间设定*大值为99小时59分
10、资料及试验条件输入后，控制器具有荧屏锁定功能，避免人为触摸而停机
11、具有RS-232或RS-485远程通讯界面，可在电脑上设计程式，监视试验过程并执行自动开关机等功能
12、控制器具有荧屏自动屏保功能，在长时间运行状态下更好的保护液晶屏(使其寿命更长久)
13、本试验箱回风口具有自动除霜装置(这样才能使试验时产生的水蒸气不会聚集在制冷蒸发器上，产生冰堵现象)

10、除湿系统: 采用蒸发器盘管露点温度层流接触除湿方式
11、降温时启动R404A 、R23，除湿时只启动R404A(节能降耗)
十四、保护系统

7、其它还有漏电、缺水、运行指示，故障报警后自动停机等保护。
